Sticky Chicken Wings


  • 4 kg. chicken wings,
  • 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup ,
  • 3 tbsp. Kansas City Spice Blend



Dry wings well with paper towel, if you have time allow wings to sit on rack in refrigerator for several hours.

Place the cooling rack on top of a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and set aside.  Preheat oven to 375F.

Pour the maple syrup into a large mixing bowl, add the wings and mix well.

Evenly coat both sides of the wings with Kansas City Style Blend, gently press the spice blend on top of the wings. ( you want the thick-skinned side up during baking for extra crispiness).

Bake on prepared baking pan or 30-40  minutes on the middle oven rack. Serve warm and enjoy!
